MARGAO: Alleged accused Cazy Bogot (22), arrested by Maina-Curtorim Police for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl from Salcete has moved application before the Goa Children Court praying for bail.
According to the police, the incident took place when the victim girl had visited the house of the alleged accused to fill water. PSI Karishma Prabhu based on a complaint had registered an offence under Section 376, IPC and also under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) Act and Section 8 (2) of Goa Children’s Act.
