PANJIM: Terming it in the interest of the public, Directorate of Panchayats on Wednesday transferred cases currently heard in the court of Additional Director of Panchayats-I pertaining to South Goa District to Additional Director of Panchayats-II at the Matanhy Saldanha Administrative Complex.
“The Additional Director of Panchayats-I shall draw a list of all running cases of South Goa District and handover the same to Additional Director of Panchayats-II,” says the order issued by the Directorate.
The order further reads that the Additional Director of Panchayats-I shall also draw a list of disposed cases pertaining to South Goa and transfer the same to Additional Director of Panchayats- II with immediate effect.
