Saligao Police have registered a case against a Nigerian national, identified as Omorigo Friday (42), under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, based on a complaint filed by the Crime Branch.
Police said the accused is currently in judicial custody in connection with a case registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
