PANJIM: Virendra Marathe, Managing Trustee, Sanatan Sanstha has criticized the Congress government saying that it had given a free hand to haters of Sanatan Sanstha to defame Sanatan by needlessly entangling “our six seekers in the ‘Madgaon bomb blast’ case.”
Arguing that this was a Congress Government effort to finish ‘Sanatan Sanstha’, a spiritual organisation through various means, with the help of Goa Police, it charged that

six Sanstha members had to undergo “needless persecution” for 4 years due to investigation by the Police in a wrong direction, “and unfortunately, 4 years in their prime life have been wasted due to their stay in prison.”
Stating that the Police has not found any participation of Sanatan Sanstha in this case and “Even the Court has not made any comments about the participation of Sanatan Sanstha,” Marathe said that “we feel that innocence of Sanatan Sanstha proved after going through all legal processes is a slap on the cheek of haters of Sanatan Sanstha.”
