MARGAO: Sarpanchas have welcomed Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho’s announcement of the proposed common cadre for panchayat staff, expressing total support to the move as many of them accused the panchayat staff of bullying and not listening to the panchayat members including sarpanchas and deputy sarpanchas.
