Mohammad Alam, 35, a resident of Podoshe in Sattari and originally from Bihar, was reportedly shot and injured by an unidentified assailant. He was immediately shifted to Goa Medical College (GMC) for urgent medical care.
Valpoi police have registered a formal case and are actively searching for the attacker. Authorities have not yet determined the motive behind the incident. Police have urged anyone with information to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
