The South West Monsoons
seem to have touched Goa with heavy rains reported on Friday. As usual crucial points in the city and
surrounding areas were flooded. Herald TV found that all the approaches to
bridges were flooded. Also, the Gandhi circle at Old Goa was flooded with rainwater.
Potholes and dug-up roads have not been filled in time for the arrival of
