PONDA: Silver ornaments worth Rs 2 lakh was stolen from the idol placed at Mandaleshwar Temple on Tuesday night. The thieves entered the temple after breaking the main door. They also stole Rs 6,000 cash from inside temple. Incidentally, the theft has been recorded by the CCTV camera inside the temple premises.
