CanFin Homes Ltd (CFHL) has announced a special festive offer under which the rate of interest on all fresh loans above Rs 5 lakh and up to Rs 30 lakh will be 10 per cent. The processing charges on these fresh loans will be 0.50 per cent instead of 0.75 per cent. The offer is valid from February 12, 2009 to March 13, 2009 for fresh loans of all repayment periods.
