State starts to set up skill centres

MAPUSA: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Thursday said that Government is already in process of having skill centers in Goa. 

“People come from Delhi and make announcements but people of Goa are smart enough and will not fall prey to it. We don’t talk but our work speaks. They are making unrealistic announcements,” said Rane, inaugurating Skill Development Center at Old Azilo building opened up by Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & Wipro GE Healthcare in association with Directorate of Health Services.

“Those people who have not properly managed the covid crisis in Delhi are coming and telling us how to manage COVID. Can the promises made on jobs be achieved? Is it possible to give jobs to every house? How will they do it? Show me the plan of action,” he said.
