Pernem Police have registered a case following a violent assault reported in Bhatwadi, Korgao, where three persons have been arrested. The complainant, Mukand Narse, alleged that the accused, identified as Rushikesh, Snehal, and Shubham Narse, attacked him and his cousin due to past enmity. According to the complaint, the accused abused the victims before escalating the attack. Mukand Narse was allegedly stabbed with a knife, while both he and his cousin were beaten using a wooden stick and a plastic pipe, resulting in injuries. Police said all three accused have been taken into custody in connection with the incident. Further investigation is underway.
