Three PIs transferred

The Goa Police today transferred three police inspectors on “administrative grounds”.
The three officers are Mormugao Police Inspector Sagar Ekoskar, Verna Police Inspector Rajendra Prabhudesai and Canacona Police Inspector Suraj Halarnkar. All the three officers have been asked to report to SP headquarters.
When contacted by Herald for his comments, Deputy Inspector General of Police Ravindra Yadav confirmed that three PIs had been transferred but did not elaborate much on the issue.
“They have been transferred on administrative grounds,” was all that he said.
