CANACONA: A tourist was arrested for molesting a Canadian tourist. Somnath Dey, 24, a native of West Bengal, holidaying in Goa, was accused for outraging the modesty of the Canadian by pulling her pants in the wee hours of last Tuesday while she was sleeping in the open.
Canacona police had registered an offence under Section 354B of IPC against him and nabbed him at Colva. Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Damodar Shirodkar under the supervision of PI Filomena Costa.
