A tragic incident was reported from South Goa on Saturday after two minor boys drowned in the Dudhsagar River near Collem. The incident occurred in the Bimbal-Collem area, where the children had reportedly entered the river for a swim.
Local residents alerted authorities after the boys failed to return to the riverbank. Rescue teams rushed to the spot and launched a search operation. After extensive efforts, both children were recovered from the water and declared dead.
