Two die in Bicholim mishaps

Two persons died in two separate incidents in Bicholim in the last two days.
According to Bicholim police, one Premchand Guletsingh (30) of Uttar Pradesh was crushed to death by a truck near Sesa Goa gate, Sanquelim, on Saturday evening.
Premchand, who was also a truck driver, was crossing the road after parking his truck near the gate when he came under the wheels of another truck. Bicholim Police after conducting the panchanama have sent the body to GMC Hospital in Bambolim for autopsy.
In the second incident, one Pratibha Prakash Vaghurmekar (45) of Harvalem-Sanquelim succumbed to burn injuries at GMC Hospital in Bambolim on Sunday.
Pratibha sustained burn injuries while lighting firewood with the help of kerosene at her residence at Harvalem on Sunday morning. PSI Deetendra Naik conducted the panchanama.
