Two youth from Goa sustained grievous injuries after their two-wheeler met with a self-accident near the Mashem–Canacona bridge while returning from a jatra in Kadra, Karnataka.
According to police sources, the duo lost control of their motorcycle, which crashed into the bridge structure, leaving both the rider and pillion seriously injured.

Local residents and passersby rushed to their aid and alerted emergency services. The injured were later shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
