PERNEM: Grace Elizabeth, a British national, presently staying at Arambol, complained that on November 11, sometime between Midnight and 7 am, unknown accused person committed theft of two Apple mobile phones and 1 Nokia Lumia phone all worth around Rs 1 lakh from her rented room. During the course of investigation accused Ibrahim Imtiyaz Shaikh and Alex Alexander Gagetev a Ukrainian national were arrested. Meanwhile, Pernem police have filed a case against Alex Alexander Gagetev under various sections of the Foreigners Order and Foreigners Act, alleging that he entered India without a visa and continued to stay in India without visa. Accused has been arrested. He was residing at Arambol, Pernem.
