Mandrem Police Station has registered two separate FIRs against resort managers in Morjim for allegedly playing loud music without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
According to police, an FIR has been filed against Anand Harekar, manager of Marbella Resort, for reportedly playing loud music at the premises without the required approval.

In a separate case, police have also booked Agnelo D’Souza of Orian Beach Resort for a similar violation.
Police officials stated that both cases were registered after it was found that loud music was being played without obtaining permission from the competent authority, which is mandatory under existing regulations.
Further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
