An unidentified male body, estimated to be between 45 and 50 years of age, was discovered floating in a river near Patto, Ribandar, on the outskirts of Panaji.
Personnel from the fire department and police rushed to the scene upon receiving information about the incident. The body was subsequently retrieved from the water and shifted to the Goa Medical College mortuary for further procedures.
