PANJIM: The Baicholim Police have booked an unidentified person for carrying out illegal sand extraction on June 21. According to the police, the unidentified accused carried out illegal extraction of minor minerals which included river sand measuring three cubic meters and two cubic meters without any permission from the competent authority.
An offence has been registered.
