VASCO: Vigilant locals nabbed two persons who reportedly tried to steal some belongings of a woman. The incident took place around 12.30 noon on Monday.

According to Vasco Police, a woman had gone to an ATM to withdraw money. The accused duo tailed her and entered the ATM and reportedly grabbed the ATM card from her hand and also snatched some material from her.
Some locals who saw the duo running after coming out of the ATM chased them and caught hold of them and handed them to the Vasco Police.
Police have registered an offence against the duo.
