VALPOI: The Valpoi Municipal Council (VMC) has decided to issue notices to all mobile network companies operating towers within its jurisdiction, as not a single mobile tower is operating with the permission of the municipality.
Chief Officer Cynthia Mesquita said that the municipality would issue notices to all companies operating mobile towers, calling upon them to get permission from the civic body, failing which they would face action from the municipal council.
Many mobile towers were installed in Valpoi town some years ago, but none obtained NOC from the municipality.
