VASCO: Suparna Gawas, a resident of Upasnagar, Sancoale succumbed to grievous injuries she suffered in a road accident near Titan bus stand, Verna.

The accident occurred on October 29 when Suparna was knocked down by a bus when she was riding her two wheeler.
Suparna was thrown off and received severe injuries. She was rushed to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Bambolim, where she succumbed to her injuries.
The Verna Police have registered a case against bus driver Sumit, a native of MP and currently residing at Poriebhatt, for driving the bus in a rash and negligent manner and causing death.
