The controversy pertaining to proposed Ravindra Bhavan at Baina, Vasco has reached the corridors of High Court. The writ petition has been filed before Bombay High Court at Goa alleging that proposed complex is illegal, and it be shifted elsewhere.
The petition has been filed by Andrew Alvares and others alleging that complex is located within 40 mts of the HTL and there fore be shifted to some other location.
The High Court on Friday directed the State authorities to produce all records pertaining to permissions granted for construction of Ravindra Bhavan at Baina. And also added National High Authority of India as party to the petition.
