According to the police, the incident occurred at the Finolex Cable Ltd, IDC Verna, where some staff negligently stacked plastic bags containing raw materials in a dangerous. The victim was sleeping below the stack which collapsed on him. The police have registered a case under section 336, 304 of the IPC.
