Prabhav Naik has welcomed Chief Minister Pramod Sawant’s announcement of an Educational Hub at Davorlim in the Goa Budget 2026–27, stating that the proposal had earlier been raised by the group Madganvcho Awaaz.
In a statement, the youth leader said that Madganvcho Awaaz had submitted a memorandum on August 12, 2024, urging the government to establish an Educational Hub at Davorlim and shift schools from the congested city areas of Margao.

He noted that nearly 18 months after the memorandum was submitted, the Chief Minister has now announced the project in the state budget.
According to the youth leader, the proposed educational hub would help ease congestion in the city while providing better infrastructure and space for educational institutions in the region.
