The passing percentage of students appearing for SSC and HSSC exams conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) in recent times has crossed 90%. This has created a perception that today’s children are much more intelligent and the quality of education has also improved dramatically.
