OLD MARDOL-VERNA: Curtorim Veterans got the better of Santana Veterans 5-3 via the tie-breaker to move into the next round of the Marc Caterers Veterans football, at Old Mardol ground, Verna, on Sunday.
Both the teams remained goalless at the end of regulation time.

In the tie breaker, Curtorim scored through Eklis, Seby, Valky, Joaquim and Sebrito while Vishwas, Stanley and Albert found the net for Santana Veterans.
