Dunes Sports Club rallied to defeat Anjuna Gymkhana 2-1 in GFA’s U-16 League, at Morjim ground, on Thursday. The score was nil at the breather.
Anjuna netted five minutes from the end and looked to be taking home the three points, until Dunes’ Jimmy popped up and equalised from a corner.
In the last minute, Joel Fernandes stole in to grab the winner.
At Agassaim ground, Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim defeated Brasil Futebol Academia 3-0 in GFA’s U-14 League.
In another encounter, AA de Majorda overcame Ave Maria Athletic and WA 1-0 at Musson ground.
