PANJIM: At the launch of GDFC’s pre Academies North and South, at Duler stadium, GFA President Elvis Gomes today appealed to Deputy Chief Minister Francis D’Souza to ensure the installation of floodlights at the stadium and erection of stands on the South and West side of the stadium.
