RAIA: Fr Agnelo YSC, Paroda down Varca Sports Club 2-0 to enter the quarterfinals of all-Goa Navelim Villagers Trophy, organised by Navelim Villagers Union, at Rosary Church ground, Navelim, on Tuesday.
Fr Agnelo YSC Paroda netted the first goal of the match through Kanchan Keiro with a neat placement in the 40th minute of play, while Regan Costa doubled the lead in the 53rd minute and remained 2-0 till final whistle.

On Monday, Canacona Sports and Cultural Club defeated St Cruz Society of Poitomado Cuncolim 2-0 to enter quarterfinals.
Chaitan scored in the 9th for Canacona while Velvino Fernandes added another in the 39th minute.
Chaitan Komarpant of Canacona Sports and Cultural Club was awarded man-of-the-match by Lorry Dias of Navelim Villagers Union.
