MAPUSA/RAIA: Saligao United SC registered a hard-fought 3-2 win over Anjuna Gymkhana SC in the Goa Football Association U-14 Division II League match played at Vagator ground, on Thursday.
The teams played on equal footing going into the breather locked in a 2-2 draw. Fletcher Fernandes netted a brace for Saligao United, while for Anjuna Gymkhana Anukalp Kherwat and Eshant Lamani scored. The winning goal for Saligao United was scored by Samanth Korgaonkar, 3-2.
Parish Youth Association Consua downed Vasco United FC 2-0 in the U-14 Division II League match played at Chicalim panchayat ground, on Thursday.
Silvano Fernandes and Caden da Silva scored a goal each for PYA Consua.

Vasco City SCC and Sirlim SC registered wins in the Goa Football Association U-18 Division II League matches, on Thursday.
Vasco City SCC outplayed Ave Maria Athletic Walkers Club 2-1 at Cansaulim Sports Complex ground. Craig Goes scored a brace, while Aden Pereira reduced the margin for Ave Maria Athletic Walkers Club.
At Dramapur ground, Sirlim SC got the better of Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim 5-1. Rohana Komalpatti scored a brace, while Chetan Gaunkar, Amancio Fernandes and Aniket Kumar netted a goal each for Sirlim SC, while the only goal for SCC Cavelossim was netted by Nathanyal Lobo.
