PANJIM: The Goa Athletic Association has selected the following athletes for the upcoming 30th National Junior Athletic championships.
U-16 boys: Saifu Mandol, Dareen Borges, Sunil Renati, Frazer, Elson Reberio. U-18 boys: Ajay Vishwakarma, Niraj Kerkar, Zuhid Mandkar and Mable.
U-20 boys: Anik Naik, Stephen Colaco, Abdul Raham, Vaibhav Naik, Santosh, Deepak Soonar, Prajwal Shetty. U-14 girls: Chelsea, Vajra, Akansha.
U-16 girls: Kareena, Shardha, Rizma, Chanda, Geeta, Beverly and Jasmine. U-18 girls: Tanvi Vargaonkar, Meredith Bothelho, Marushka, Ashwini, Nikita, Benica, Vaibhavi Naik.
U-20 girls: Abigail, Danita, Manisha, Priyaksha Gaude, Jolaine and Marisa.
The athletes are asked to report to coaches Patrick Soares, at PJN stadium, Fatorda and Shashi Kumar and Devi Gaonkar, at sports complex, Mapusa on November 17, 3.30 p.m.
