FATORDA: Goa girls and boys teams entered the final of Oorja Cup, organised by CISF, following their wins in their respective encounters, at Gujarat Say Gandhinagar and Divan Child’s International School ground, Ahandabad,on Monday.
The girls’ team thumped Andaman and Nicobar 10-0 to enter the final.
Karishma Shirvokar scored 5 goals and Somaaya Mukundan netted two. Anlin Fernandes, Avia Vas and Scindio Saundatikar scored a goal each.
The boys’ team thrashed Andaman and Nicobar 3-0 in enter the final.
Boris Demelo scored a brace while Jonas Cordazo scored the other goal for the winners.
The Goan teams will play Maharastra in final.
