PANJIM: The 2019-20 Goa Professional League organised by Goa Football Association (GFA) will start on September 29.
The participating teams are Goan Football Club (FC Goa), Dempo Sports Club, Sporting Clube de Goa, Salgaocar Football Club, Churchill Brothers SC, Vasco Sports Club, Velsao Sports and Cultural Club , Corps of Signals, Guardian Angel Sports Club, Calangute Association, Panjim Footballers and newly promoted Sesa Football Academy.
Meanwhile, the Under-20 Taca Goa First Division Championship will start on September 10 and the Under 16 championship on September 15.
The CRS is mandatory for Professional League Clubs including for U–20 players.
Clubs participating in Under-20 and Under-16 championships must submit the documents of players for issuing the players’ identity card to the GFA office before September 8.
Meanwhile the official competitions committee has approved two inter club tournaments organized by Goa Police Sports Club and United Club of Benaulim from September 4 to 14.
