MAPUSA: Gauresh Gaude, firefighter from the Verna Fire station representing Goa Fire and Emergency Services struck it rich by winning top honours at the 2nd All-India Fire Services Sports and Fire Service meet 2024 held at Gujarat University Sports Complex, Ahmedabad, recently.
Gauresh participated in the 200 metres, where he won the gold; 400 metres – where he won another gold and he won his third gold in the long jump. In the 4×100 metres in the age group 35 plus, he won a silver to finish a fantastic performance.
