MAPUSA: Goan Warriors Sports Club advanced into the semis of the 13th Reira Soccer Cup organised by Saligao Sporting Club as they registered a 2-0 win over Football Club Siolim, at Saligao ground, on Saturday.
Though both the teams played attacking soccer in the first session yet they failed to connect their efforts into goals.
On crossing over in the 38th minute, Kunal Salgaonkar finally drew the first blood for Goan Warriors with a neat placement.
