RAIA: Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda, scored a hard-fought 4-2 victory over Sporting Club Davorlim in the inaugural match to move into the quarter-finals of Curtorim Panchayat Cup 2025 organised by Maina Sports Club at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Monday.
SC Davorlim scored the first goal through Agnelo Colaco in the 4th minute to make it 1-0. SC Davorlim scored the second goal through Melchior Miranda in the 12th minute. Don Bosco Oratory pulled one goal back through Hanslum Furtado in the 25th minute to make it 1-2 in first half.
In the second half, Don Bosco Oratory equalised through Hanslum Furtado in the 32rd minute to make it 2-2. Hanslum Furtado scored his hat-trick in the 40th minute to make it 3-2. Don Bosco Oratory scored the fourth goal through Shubert Colaco to make it 4-2. Fr Domnic Savio Vaz, Parish priest St Rita Church, Maina, was the chief Guest for the inaugural match.
