PANJIM: A group of 20 bikers from Karnataka and Kerala owning Harley-Davidson motorcycles arrived here as part of four-day India Bike Week bash.
The bikers rode into Goa on Thursday on their prized two-wheelers. Harley-Davidson was an American motorcycle manufacturer and the price of the two-wheeler ranges from Rs. 6.5 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh. The event is the first of its kind in the country.
The rally coincided with the festivities being held across the world to mark the 110th anniversary of Harley-Davidson. There were more than 2,000 Harley-Davidson motorcycles on Indian roads as of December 2012. The events across the world would bring millions of Harley-Davidson riders together.
