MAPUSA: Indian Women’s Football League Division II will witness an interesting thrilling finish, as five teams from the six in contest will play their last league match, at Duler Stadium, here, on Tueday.
On Sunday, FC Tuem and Sreebhumi FC were locked in a goalless draw in the last match of the evening. Goa’s unbeaten FC Tuem chances have brightened after three draws and one win and has six points along with Garhwal United FC.
Sreebhumi FC, Pudhuvai Unicorn and Nita Football Academy-Odisha are all on seven points. Two teams will be promoted to next year’s Indian Women’s Football League Division I where Odisha FC are reigning champions of 2023-24.
