PANJIM: Joseph D’Souza will lead the U-15 Goa team in the Sub-Junior National Football Championship to be held from November 15- 30, at Phagwara, Punjab.
Goa which is slotted in Group A along with Odisha, Punjab and Assam will play their first match against Assam on November 17.
