After a barren first session, Cuncolim scored in the 45th minute through Leanden and inflated their tally in the 49th minute through Clifton’s header.
Soon, Clifton secured his brace with another headed goal.
On Saturday, Three Graduates edged past St Anthony SC, Sao Jose de Areal 3-2.
In the first half, St Anthony surged ahead in the 15th minute through Monty Valadares’ ground shot off an assist by Nevil Soares.
However, Three Graduates equalized through Michael Fernandes’ header off a cross by Nicholas Fernandes in the 20th minute.
After change of ends, Three Graduates took the lead through Myron’s left-footer while Nicholas scored the third goal in the 46th minute.
St Anthony pulled a goal back through Sylvester Fernandes.
