DICARPALE: Raia Sporting Club defeated Ambelim Sports Club 4-1 to move into the semi-finals of the Our Lady of Fatima Cup organised by Dicarpale SCat Dicarpale Panchayat ground, on Thursday.
Raia SC netted the first goal in the 12th minute through Joyson Gauncar. Later in the 43minute, Maurus Fernandes made it 2-0 and in the 47 minute Wilfred Gomes made it 3-0. Ten minutes later, Lio Colaco made it 4-0 for Raia.
Consolation goal for Ambelim SC came in the 45 minute through Samson Fernandes.
