PONDA: Savreshwar Sports Club defeated Friends of Magilwada by 3-2 sets in the final of the Crown SC Volleyball Association tournament, at Daigode, Querim, Ponda ground.
The first set was won by Friends of Magilwada(FOM) 25-22. The second and third set was won by Savreshwar 25-20, 25-18.
The fourth set was won by FOM by 25-22 and final set was won by Savreshwar 15-13.
Ramkrishna Jalmi ex-panch of Querim, Ponda was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of Yogesh Gaude and Bhushan Gaude.
