UTORDA: SFX Fatorda thumped AKS United Colva 6-2 in the MUC 5-a-side beach football tournament organised by Youth of Majorda, Utorda-Calata and Village Panchayat of Majorda, Utorda-Calata, Utorda beach.
Clifford Miranda scored two goals while Rishali Karapurkar, Anil Vaz and Samir Naik scored a goal each for the winners. Joyson Estibeiro and Darren reduced the margin.
In another match, Colaco Brothers, Chorao got better of Mako 5, Curtorim 4-2.
The islanders dominated the rivals and scored through the boots of Moga, Mahesh and Wasim while Russell played well for Curtorim adding two goals to reduce the margin.
Meanwhile, Friend Circle, Varca pipped United Boys Majorda by a solitary goal.
