PANJIM: Siridao Sports Club outplayed St Mathias 3-1 in GFA 3rd Division Ilhas Zone League at Agassaim ground, Monday.
Siridao were leading 1-0 at lemon break.
The match was dominated by Sirdao but wasted many open chances.
Siridao took the lead with the efforts of Auzden Afonso, whose powerful shot could not be stop by St Mathias goalkeeper.
In the second half, Pursuram doubled the lead for Siridao Sports Club.
Down by 2-0, St Mathias came up with renewed ideas and attacked the rival citadel. Their moves bore fruits to reduce the margin.
Immediately, Siridao started with shot passes but their forward line missed many open chances shooting wide from close range. Later, Siridao managed to score the third goal through the power pack shot taken by Milton Alfonso.
