MARGAO: St Rock YC, Majorda edged past Ugem Rising Club 2-1 to move ahead in the Fr Gervasio Memorial Football tournament, organized by Guardian Angel SC, at Curchorem ground, on Saturday.
Ugem led 1-0 at half time with a fifth minute goal by Richy Carvalho.
St Rock equalized in the 36th minute through Clive while Ismail Pathan netted the second goal.
