Swapnil, Kantak, Standrik, Niraj gain full points

Swapnil Hoble, PM Kantak, Standrik Colaso, Niraj Saripalli alongwith 13 players, shared the lead with full points after the end of third round in All-Goa Chess tournament organised by Canacona Sports Academy under the aegis of Goa State Chess Association at Datta Mandir hall, Canacona on Saturday.
In all, 136 players are vying for top honours, out of which 13 are international FIDE rated players.
Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated by Shyamsundar Desai, chairperson, Canacona Municipal Council in the presence of local councillor, Ranganath Naik Gaonkar, Jayant Rajyadhax, secretary of Datta Mandir Samiti and Deepali Naik.
Sharendra Naik, vice-president of Canacona Sports Academy welcomed. Shyam Desai inaugurated the tournament by lighting the traditional lamp. Anand Agni, secretary of the academy compered and proposed the vote of thanks.
