MAPUSA: Goa’s young sensation Tanisha Crasto along with her partner Sahithi Bandi from Telengana played exceptionally well to win bronze in Women’s doubles event, at the Yonex Sunrise Senior All India Badminton Ranking Tournament, underway at Peddem Sports complex, Mapusa.
In the semi-finals, Tanisha / Sahithi went down fighting to Maneesha K., RBI, and Rutaparna Panda (8), ORI, 15-21, 21-13, 21-11.
Earlier, Goa’s Pranjal Chimulkar and her partner Tapaswini Samantroy from UP lost to Maneesha K., RBI, and Rutaparna PANDA in a 21-6 21-10 score line.
