NAGMODE-NAVELIM:United Club of Benaulim got the better of Nuvem SC 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-finals of the Navelim Villagers Union Trophy, organised in memory of Nelson and Bazeliana Coelho and played at Rosary ground, Navelim on Thursday.
Lenin Colaco scored for Nuvem with a free-kick in the 3rd minute.
Three minutes later, Faizal Bepari equalised for Benaulim with a placement shot.
In the tie-breaker, United Club of Benaulim netted through Osbourne Fernandes, Meeren Rodrigues, Jules Gomes and Rody Fernandes while for Nuvem, Nicolau Colaco, Alexio Coutinho and Santan Colaco were on target.
United Club of Benaulim will meet St Rock Youth Club, Calata Majorda in the quarter-final on November 5.
